Steam What Is The Name Of Your Pet

The glass? It is neither half full or half empty! Indeed, there is no glass!

Do not know about you, but I go for a run is a lot of nice effect! I strengthens the legs. I train the cardiovascular system. Relaxes me. It makes me lose weight.

The "most beautiful effect," however, is another.

I happen to start racing with a thousand thoughts in my head. Thoughts that travel freely, effortlessly, and they are minimally conscious. Thoughts disconnected from each other.

Often, after a half hour race, these thoughts until they join together to build something ... accomplished. The solution to a problem that I carry around a few days. Or intuition.

few days ago, touched the glass and the fact that, for some, is half full or half empty. This expression is commonly used to indicate differences in points of view: the optimist who sees the glass half full, and that of the pessimist who sees the glass as half empty. Note

something wrong, in thinking about a situation such as a glass half full or half empty?

During the race I saw, clearly in this metaphor, two limiting beliefs.

First, think of the "half full" and "half empty" places me, as a perspective on the rim of the glass, and from there I see "positive" (the half-full) and aspects of "negative" (the means empty). Here is the first limiting belief: in front of a result, whatever it is, I made mistakes !

The perspective changes a lot, if I position it to the coat of the liquid. I look down and see more "positive", I look up and see (but no errors) what I can improve!

Sounds different? For me yes, and also a lot '! And I'm free from limiting beliefs first when I think that the glass is neither half full and half empty.

And indeed, there is no glass! Even a flute, however high may be his edge, I still poses limitations. Are limits to how I can improve and the fact that these limits there is the second limiting beliefs, limits not want to my best!

So, no more glasses or half-full or half empty, in my metaphors! And of your own?
